Here is the verification tool's log by the way: It could also be that my anti-virus, Avast, interfered without me knowing, but I don't know about this idea. I'm not sure what the problem could be - if something is interfering with the installation process, or if it's something else such as something being missing. However, my list of installed updates has the code for 4.6.1 listed. My list of Windows features I can enable/disable also lists 4.5 and not 4.6.

The tracelog said I only have 4.5.2, and when I checked my registry it displays only the code for 4.5.2.

I haven't touched the Mod Manager in a few months and a couple weeks ago I decided to make use of it again. Now, the issue itself - I have Windows 4.5.2, yet I need 4.6.1 to make use of the Nexus Mod Manager program.

I don't know if this would have any impact on my problem, but I'll mention this as a precaution.

I'll go ahead and say, first of all, I have swapped between Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 two times, returning to 8.1 after the two times of switching. Net Framework, and I'm not sure what to do.
